2024 Fees and Charges

• Recommended Action

  That the Committee of the Whole RECOMMENDS to Council that the attached 2024 Fees and Charges report be approved.

2024 Water and Sewer Rates

• Recommended Action

  That the Committee of the Whole RECOMMENDS to Council that By-law 67-2023, being a By-law to Impose Water and Sewage Rates, be approved.

Open Streets Planning for 2024

• Recommended Action

  That the Committee of the Whole RECOMMENDS to Council:

  1. That the road closures of Division St N (from Main St. to King St.), King St. (from Chestnut St. to Division St. N), and Chestnut St. (from King St. to Main St.) for the Kingsville Block Party (formerly Kingsville Open Streets) BE APPROVED on the following dates and times.
     1. Saturday, July 20, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm
     2. Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm
     3. Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm

  2. And that Administration BE DIRECTED to request County Council to close County Road 34 West from Victoria Street to County Road 27 from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, to host events in Cottam on Saturday, June 15, 2024.
