DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST

When a member of Council has any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in any matter which is the subject of consideration at this Meeting of Council (or that was the subject of consideration at the previous Meeting of Council at which the member was not in attendance), the member shall disclose the pecuniary interest and its general nature, prior to any consideration of the matter.

CLOSED SESSION

Pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, Council will enter into Closed Session to address the following item:

i) Section 239(2)(f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; being an update Report from Solicitor D. Halliwill regarding 190 Main Street East, being Part of Lot 1, Concession 2, ED, Part 2, 12R-26799.

Solicitor Shannel C. Diewold (Pearsall, Marshall, Halliwill & Seaton LLP) will be in attendance on behalf of Solicitor David Halliwill to present such update Report and legal advice.
