Grounds for Appeal - Why is the land reassessed higher from the past assessment?  The past assessment was $82,591.00 and the new assessment is $97,074.00.  The land has always been farmed and should be rated as agricultural land, not commercial land.

Grounds for Appeal - Why is the land reassessed higher from the past assessment?  The past assessment was $35,861.00 and the new assessment is $42,150.00.

Grounds for Appeal - Why is the land reassessed higher from the past assessment?  The past assessment was $4,187.00 and the new assessment is $4,922.00.

Grounds for Appeal - Why is the land  re-assessed higher from past assessment.  The past assessment was $4510.00 and the new assessment is $5300.00.

Grounds for Appeal - the assessed area of 0.69 acres is too large and should be 0.28 acres, as established in the East Ruthven Drain assessment, and the property has only recently connected to the Esseltine drain and therefore not contributed enough water to be held responsible for the erosion damage downstream.

Grounds for Appeal - the water from the property does not flow into the Esseltine Drain and therefore there should be no assessment for this property to the Esseltine Drain.

Grounds for Appeal - The property has been assessed too high.  It is vacant farmland.

Grounds for Appeal - The assessment is too high and has increased from the previous assessment.

Grounds for Appeal - Assessment is too high and is higher than the previous assessment.

Grounds for Appeal - Explanation of why we are $600.00 more than our neighbours
