CALL TO ORDER
 

Mayor Santos called the Regular Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. with all members of Council present in Council Chambers.

There were no disclosures of interest. Mayor Santos reminded Council that any declaration is to be made prior to each item being discussed and to identify the nature of the conflict, if any, as the agenda items come forward.

    That Council at 5:35 p.m. pursuant to Subsection 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 enter into Closed Session to address the following items:

    ITEM i) Subsection 239(2)(d) [labour relations or employee negotiations] and 239(2)(b) [personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees] RE: Town of Kingsville Non-Union Salary Administration Review (Presentation by  Marianne Love, principal/ML Consulting); and

    ITEM ii) Subsection 239(2)(b) [personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees] RE: Town of Kingsville Staffing Plan.

    Upon rising from closed session at 9:45 p.m. the following motion was passed:

    That Council reads By-law 99-2021, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Kingsville at its November 25, 2021 Special Meeting, a first, second and third and final time.
