OPENING COURT OF REVISION

• Recommended Action

  That Mayor Nelson Santos be nominated to serve as Chair of the Court and that Deputy Mayor Gord Queen be nominated to serve as Vice-Chair.

   

B.

DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST

When a member of the Court has any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in any matter which is the subject of consideration at this Court of Revision (or that was the subject of consideration at the previous Court of Revision at which the member was not in attendance), the member shall disclose the pecuniary interest and its general nature, prior to any consideration of the matter.

iii) By-law 2-2017, being a by-law to provide for the construction of a bridge over the Graham Sideroad Drain; Owner: Roger and Gloria Congdon (510-00800), in the Town of Kingsville, in the County of Essex, provisionally adopted on January 9, 2017 including Schedule of Assessment;

 

iv) Engineer's Report, dated November 7, 2016.

• Recommended Action

  That the Schedule of Assessment presented to the Court of Revision on February 27, 2017 to provide for the construction of a Bridge over the Graham Sideroad Drain for Roger and Gloria Congdon; 510-00800; in the Town of Kingsville, in the County of Essex, be confirmed; and further that By-law 2-2017 be read a third and final time at a future Regular Meeting of Council.

• Recommended Action

  That the Court of Revision to provide for a bridge over the Graham Sideroad Drain in accordance with Provisional By-law 2-2017, in the Town of Kingsville, in the County of Essex, be closed at 6:33 p.m.
