DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST

When a member of Council has any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in any matter which is the subject of consideration at this Meeting of Council (or that was the subject of consideration at the previous Meeting of Council at which the member was not in attendance), the member shall disclose the pecuniary interest and its general nature, prior to any consideration of the matter.

CLOSED SESSION

Pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, Council will enter into Closed Session to address the following items:

i) Subsection 239(2)(f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose;

ii) Subsection 239(2)(k) a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board;

iii) Subsection 239(2)(i) a trade secret or scientific, technical, commercial, financial or labour relations information, supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization,

all relating to 190 Main Street East, being Part of Lot 2, Concession 1, ED, Parts 1 and 2, 12R-26799. Solicitor David Halliwill will be in attendance to provide an update Report and legal advice.
