RE: Use of a portion of Road 2 East between Division Road North and Hazel Crescent East for the purpose of delivering equipment, supplies and components related to the operation of the hydro electric transmission facilities located on the property municipally known as 160 Road 2 East

  • Recommended Action

    That Council authorize Administration to negotiate and enter into a Road Use Agreement with Hydro One Networks Inc. ("Hydro One") to allow Hydro One use of Road 2 East for the purposes of delivering certain supplies, components, and equipment to the hydro transmission facilities located at 160 Road 2 East, and That Council authorize the Director of Municipal Services to execute said agreement on behalf of the Town.
