Pursuant to Subsection 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, Council will enter into Closed Session to address the following items:

(i) Subsection 239(2)(d) labour relations or employee negotiations, and (ii) Subsection 239(2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; being Report from Human Resource Manager J. Galea in connection with specific actions of a member of Senior Administration.
