    That Council enter into Closed Session at X:XX pursuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, to discuss the following:

    Item I - Strategic Plan and 2024-2025 Priorities related to Personnel Matters to be heard under Section 239(2)(b) being personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees and under Section 239(2)(d) being labour relations or employee negotiations;

    Item II - Strategic Plan and 2024-2025 Priorities related to Legal Matters to be heard under Section 239(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality.
