  Item I - Lions Hall to be heard under Section 239(2)(k) being a position, plan, procedure, criteria, or instruction to be applied to negotiations.

  Item II - Non-Union Compensation Review to be heard under 239(2)(d) being labour relations or employee negotiations and 239(2)(b) and under 239(2)(b) being personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees.
